3 New Editing Styles For Your Next Music Video

Try out these three new music video editing styles on your next music video for easy video effects and video filters.

We're committed to helping you create the most unique music video possible with Rotor. To help you do this, we'll be frequently launching new editing styles to infuse originality into your next Rotor Videos production.

Today we're pleased to present 3 new and varied styles waiting to be tried out with your song.

MM

First up is MM, a style that makes your final video look like an old-school black-and-white film. It works best the more clips you add and for genres such as - Indie, Rock, Downtempo and Ambient.

The awesome new Dublin band, Swimmers, recently launched their new music video created with Rotor for 'Body Ahernia' using the MM style. Check it out below:

Colour Blind

Next up is a lively new style which features RGB colour playing against black and white, while masking effects slice your clips. Perfect for any Punk, Electro-Pop, EDM and Indie Rock videos.

Switch

Finally, we have Switch, a style where your clips skip, roll and switch to the rhythm with just a touch of distortion. If you're using an Electronic, Punk, EDM or Rock track we recommend giving Switch a try!
